NonExistPerson

Privacy and saved faces

NonExistPerson does not require an account or photo upload. Library images and the image list are served with the website. The website does not include analytics or advertising trackers.

Your saved library faces

When you save a person from the library, its ID is stored in localStorage, a small storage area in your browser. The list belongs to this browser on this device; it does not sync to another device. Clearing the site's browser data also clears the list.

If browser storage is blocked or full, saved faces work for the current visit and may not survive a reload. The gallery reports when it cannot persist the list.

Generation requests

Choosing Generate and pressing its generation button sends your selected settings to NonExistPerson's server. The server turns them into a prompt and sends it to OpenRouter and Recraft to generate the person. Library browsing and changes to the settings alone do not send a generation request. No personal photo is uploaded.

The result is returned to your current browser visit. NonExistPerson does not write the generated image to its server, save it in browser storage, or add it to the public library. Download it before leaving or reloading the page. OpenRouter and Recraft process generation requests under their own terms and privacy policies; NonExistPerson does not control their retention.

Downloads and website requests

Library downloads fetch the existing image file, and generated image downloads use the image returned for that visit. Files are saved through your browser. NonExistPerson does not resize dataset images. Your browser still requests pages and image files from the website's host. The host receives connection information such as your IP address as part of serving those files.

Generation limits

To apply the five-per-hour generation limit, the server stores a keyed hash of the public IP address and request times in a private usage file. This hash is a scrambled identifier; the usage file does not store the raw IP address. Request times older than one hour stop counting toward the hourly limit. They are removed when a later allowed request updates the file, so expired entries may remain while the generator is idle. The file also stores the current UTC date and a total request count for the website’s daily limit. These counters survive server restarts. People on the same public IP address, or the same IPv6 network group, share a limit.

Requests pass through Cloudflare and the website host, which may process connection and security information under their own policies.

The website uses system fonts, so no external font service is needed. No contact form or mailing list is included.
